No, you don't - we love teaching the basics all the way through to more advanced exercises. Whatever you need, wherever you're starting from... we've got you covered.
£99 for the 6 week challenge. Which in our opinion is an absolute steal for the life changing results you'll achieve!
Absolutely, training sessions are between 30 minutes - 45 minutes on average, you can always cut them short if you are short on time.
We start on Monday 28th April, the earlier you sign up, the earlier you'll get access to the app and you can start with some of the on demand and library of workouts we have available!
We have home & gym training plans for the duration of the 6 weeks. If you are training at home you will need a set of dumbbells. We would recommend 6kg for ladies and 10kg for men, as a general rule.
Sign up closes at 9pm on 27th April, ready to start on 28th April!
